You'll be asked to provide your full name , email address, mobile number, and a secure password. After submitting, check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account. You'll then be prompted to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by uploading a valid government-issued ID. Once approved, you're all set to deposit and play.
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play at phnice. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations.

phnice accepts any valid Philippine government-issued ID for KYC verification. No. phnice strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact our support team immediately to resolve the issue.

You can update certain details like your mobile number and address from your Account Settings page after logging in. However, changes to your registered name or date of birth require additional verification and must be requested through our support team. This is to protect your account from unauthorised changes and ensure compliance with KYC requirements.

The minimum deposit at phnice is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may require additional verification in line with anti-money laundering regulations.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your phnice account almost instantly — usually within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours, and up to a few hours during weekends or public holidays. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 2 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

phnice does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the amount transferred. We recommend checking with GCash, Maya, or your bank directly if you notice any deductions on their end. phnice has no control over third-party processing fees.

Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your phnice account and go to the Cashier section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred payout method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete and your withdrawal account details match your registered name — phnice does not process third-party withdrawals.

Processing times vary by method:
  • GCash / Maya: 1–3 hours after approval
  • Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank
Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. First-time withdrawals may also take longer due to additional security checks.

The minimum withdrawal at phnice is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500. There is a daily withdrawal limit that varies based on your account verification level. Fully verified accounts enjoy higher limits. Contact support if you need to request a limit increase.

Common reasons for a delayed or rejected withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, mismatched account name and bank/e-wallet details, or a pending security review.
