GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your phnice wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on the sending bank. phnice is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Player funds held in phnice accounts are kept separate from phnice's operational funds. Your phnice wallet balance represents a credit held on your behalf and may only be used for wagering on the phnice Platform or withdrawn in accordance with these Terms.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your phnice account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round may be declared void and any wagers placed during the affected round will be refunded to your phnice wallet. phnice's decision regarding game malfunctions is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

phnice's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phnice account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The phnice Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
You may close your phnice account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
phnice reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. phnice operates in alignment with PAGCOR guidelines and cooperates with regulatory investigations.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
phnice reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the phnice Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
